I am a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to helping individuals (ages 14+), couples, and families transform themselves, their lives, and their relationships. Working in the mental health field since 2007, my approach to therapy is pragmatic and collaborative. I love partnering with clients to achieve their goals and enrich their lives.
